Here’s a remarkable sign that airports are coming lower back to life just in time for summer time tour.
Denver International Airport (DEN) is reactivating the open-air public plaza between the main Jeppesen Terminal and the Westin Hotel.
Over the years, the plaza has hosted the whole lot from outside films and skating rinks to a beer lawn, a concert space, and a miniature golfing route.
The pandemic positioned a halt to that. But now the plaza is yet again being used to offer a chilled outdoor space wherein travelers and locals can get a few fresh air and loosen up earlier than, after, or among flights.

As we head into the busy tour season, DEN has all over again became the plaza into an outdoor oasis imparting front room seating, grass-like turf, local flowers, and timber.
Entertainment alternatives include live jazz performances, cornhole, and, quickly, unfastened miniature golf.
On choose Fridays from three-6 pm, the Jazz at the Park collection will present a number of nearby jazz bands in the plaza. Here’s the schedule:
· June 3, Danny Showers Trio
· June 17, Tenia Nelson Trio
· July 1, Danny Showers Band- “A Salute to America”
· July 15, Tenia Nelson
· Aug. 12, Danny Showers Trio
· Aug. 26, Paul Trunko and Steff Kull
A free 9-hollow miniature golf path will open every day from June 17 thru July 17. The hours could be from 10 am to 7 pm.
No query about it, this is definitely the Airport Amenity of the Week.
